{"id":3321,"date":"2015-06-20T08:24:45","date_gmt":"2015-06-20T08:24:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.shoalhavengospelchurch.org.au\/?p=3321"},"modified":"2015-06-20T08:24:45","modified_gmt":"2015-06-20T08:24:45","slug":"full-revelation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.shoalhavengospelchurch.org.au\/?p=3321","title":{"rendered":"Full Revelation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Full Revelation<br \/>\n<\/strong>Matthew 11: 25-27<\/p>\n<p>In his deity, the Son of God had nothing delivered unto him, but as Christ the Mediator\u00a0<em>all things<\/em> are delivered unto him of the Father.\u00a0 The Lord Jesus had just thanked the Father, for revealing \u201c<em>these things\u201d<\/em>.<em> <\/em>Here he says \u201c<em>all things<\/em>\u201d are delivered unto me.\u00a0 The Lord Jesus had just thanked the Father for \u201c<em>revealing<\/em>\u201d then he says that it is the Son who\u00a0<em>\u201creveals the Father.\u201d<\/em>What does this mean?\u00a0 When through the Holy Spirit the Father reveals the Son in the believer, seeing the Son we see the Father\u2013<em>the glory as of the only begotten of the Father<\/em>(John 1: 14).<em> <\/em>And seeing the Son we behold\u00a0<em>all things <\/em>that please the Father\u2013<em>For it pleased the Father that in his Son should all fullness dwell <\/em>(John 14: 9;\u00a0Colossians 1: 14-20).\u00a0\u00a0<em>And of his fullness<\/em> every believer\u00a0<em>receives, grace for grace<\/em>.
