Revelation 22:3<\/a> And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God<\/p>\n

and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him.<\/p>\n

And there shall be. . . It is the delight of the believer, on the<\/p>\n

authority of the word of God, to think on what shall be. We do rejoice<\/p>\n

in some things that are now (Rom. 8:1<\/a>,\u00a01 John 3:2<\/a>), but in regards to<\/p>\n

our salvation, how true are Solomon\u2019s words, \u201cBetter is the end of a<\/p>\n

thing than the beginning thereof.\u201d\u00a0Ecclesiastes 7:8<\/a><\/p>\n

no more curse . . . One of the \u201call spiritual blessings (Eph. 1:3<\/a>)\u201d that<\/p>\n

we enjoy in the Lord Jesus Christ is that He has borne and done away<\/p>\n

with the curse of God against us. The lost go through this world under<\/p>\n

this curse and while all things work together for good to God\u2019s chosen<\/p>\n

(Rom. 8:28<\/a>), all things work for evil to these cursed ones. All events<\/p>\n

and experiences, even the successes and temporal \u201cgood\u201d shall all<\/p>\n

culminate in and contribute to the eternal damnation and woe of those<\/p>\n

who reject Christ. Transversely, all things, even the failures and<\/p>\n

suffering of God\u2019s sheep shall ultimately result in and be the means of<\/p>\n

our everlasting joy and security, through the merits of His sacrifice.<\/p>\n

Gal. 3:13<\/a> Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made<\/p>\n

a curse for us.<\/p>\n

But the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it. . . What a comfort<\/p>\n

that whatever else may change, the One Who loved us and washed us from<\/p>\n

our sins in His own blood, shall REIGN forever! He is still where<\/p>\n

Stephen saw Him as he fell asleep (Acts 7:54-60<\/a>). He is still where<\/p>\n

Isaiah beheld His glorious majesty in the year that king Uzziah died<\/p>\n

(Isaiah 6:1-5<\/a>), and as Isaiah prophesied, of His kingdom there shall be<\/p>\n

no end (Isaiah 9:7<\/a>). Hallelujah!<\/p>\n

And His servants shall serve Him. The curse came when Adam ceased to<\/p>\n

serve God in submission to His righteous authority and rebelled against<\/p>\n

Him. There is no danger of this ever happening again. Having the very<\/p>\n

righteousness of God\u2019s own Son, we are infallible. We gained better<\/p>\n

standing before God in Christ than we lost in Adam. With the very nature<\/p>\n

of God, we shall be incapable of any thought, word or deed which is not<\/p>\n

in total, mathematical agreement with His holy will. How worthy He truly<\/p>\n

is of the eternal praises which we shall render unto Him with gladness<\/p>\n

and song.<\/p>\n
