Prevenient Grace
\nWhat is Prevenient Grace? It is grace before grace, or that which is pre (before) convenient (purposed to an end)? In fact, it is everything, (yes, everything) a child of God experiences in life and thought prior to being effectually called to Christ by the Holy Spirit. Our Heavenly Father knows each one of His children perfectly. He has ordained a perfect set of circumstances for each one of them to be able to hear the gospel and believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. In the hand of our merciful, loving Father, it really is\u2026 \u201cAll Good\u201d.
\nBecause the reprobate enjoys the benefits of living in a world where God is providing for His people, some speak of God\u2019s \u201ccommon\u201d grace. There is nothing \u201ccommon\u201d about God\u2019s grace, and there is no such thing as grace that is not saving grace.
