The Truth of Thy Salvation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We come into the presence of God only according to the, \u201cTruth of Thy Salvation\u201d Ps. 69:13. So, what is the truth of God\u2019s salvation? Perhaps the alliteration will give us some hooks on which to hang our thoughts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.      God is SOVEREIGN in Salvation. I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy<\/em>\u2026Rom 9:15-16.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.      Christ is SUCCESSFUL in God\u2019s Salvation. You shall call His name Jesus: for He shall save His people from their sins<\/em>. Matt. 1:21. It is finished<\/em>. Jn. 19:30.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.      Christ is SUFFICIENT in God\u2019s Salvation. He only is my Rock and my salvation; He is my defense<\/em>\u2026 Ps. 62:2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.      Christ is the SUBJECT of God\u2019s Salvation. \u2026the gospel of God\u2026concerning His Son Jesus Christ our Lord<\/em>. Rom. 1:1-3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.      Christ is the SUBSTITUTE of God\u2019s Salvation. God will provide Himself a Lamb<\/em>. Gen. 22:8<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.      Christ is God\u2019s SATISFACTION in Salvation. He shall see the travail of His soul, and shall be satisfied<\/em>. Is. 53:11a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7.      Christ is the SHINNING of God\u2019s Salvation. For God who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ<\/em>. II Cor. 4:6.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We bear these truths to be clearly set forth in the Word of God. Any attempt to approach God on a message of salvation contrary to these will surely fail.                                                   ~Greg<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
