\u00a0REFORMATION?\u00a0 I \u00a0hear \u00a0a \u00a0lot \u00a0about \u00a0\u201creformation\u201d \u00a0in \u00a0our \u00a0day.\u00a0 There \u00a0are \u00a0reformed churches, \u00a0reformed \u00a0doctrine, \u00a0reformed \u00a0preachers \u00a0and \u00a0reformed believers, \u00a0everything \u00a0seems \u00a0to \u00a0be \u00a0\u201creformed.\u201d \u00a0The \u00a0word \u00a0\u201creform\u201d means \u00a0to \u00a0\u201cimprove\u201d \u00a0or \u00a0to \u00a0\u201cmake \u00a0better.\u201d \u00a0If \u00a0\u201creformation\u201d \u00a0means \u00a0to improve myself or make myself better, then, I don\u2019t need reformation! What I need is a perfect righteousness. I surely can\u2019t find any hope of eternal \u00a0life \u00a0in \u00a0trying \u00a0to \u00a0make \u00a0myself \u00a0better, \u00a0especially \u00a0when \u00a0God requires perfection. I don\u2019t need \u201creformation;\u201d I need \u201cregeneration.\u201d I don\u2019t need to get my heart right; I need a new heart that is right. The lost sinner doesn\u2019t need to just change their way; they need to change their \u00a0God.\u00a0 I \u00a0don\u2019t \u00a0need \u00a0to \u00a0make \u00a0myself \u00a0\u201cbetter;\u201d \u00a0I \u00a0need \u00a0to \u00a0be \u00a0made \u201cperfect.\u201d I don\u2019t need reformation, I need a \u201cnew creation,\u201d which can only be found in Christ. \u00a0
