{"id":893,"date":"2011-07-15T06:55:57","date_gmt":"2011-07-15T06:55:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.shoalhavengospelchurch.org.au\/?p=893"},"modified":"2011-07-15T06:55:57","modified_gmt":"2011-07-15T06:55:57","slug":"the-kingdom-of-heaven","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.shoalhavengospelchurch.org.au\/?p=893","title":{"rendered":"The Kingdom of Heaven"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The Kingdom of Heaven<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Lord declares his kingdom, his church, is like a grain of mustard seed.<strong> <\/strong>The church began from very small beginnings; so small that it came without observation (<a href=\"http:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/kjv1900\/Luke%2017.%2020-21\" target=\"_blank\">Luke 17: 20-21<\/a>).\u00a0 The King and his children born of his Spirit is the kingdom of God.\u00a0 The kingdom of God has been in the midst of this earth, since the beginning and carnal men never had any idea (<a href=\"http:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/kjv1900\/Acts%207.38\" target=\"_blank\">Acts 7:38<\/a>)\u2013Abel, Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Moses, David, the apostles and the first disciples called by Christ. The children of this world have always esteemed the Lord\u2019s people as the least\u2013called a \u201csect\u201d, everywhere spoken against.\u00a0 Yet, the Lord has grown his kingdom in every age. He sent them from nation to nation and no man did them harm because his everlasting covenant to save those he has chosen in Christ can not be broken (<a href=\"http:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/kjv1900\/1%20Chronicles%2016.%2020-24\" target=\"_blank\">1 Chronicles 16: 20-24<\/a>;\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/kjv1900\/Psalm%20105.%208-15\" target=\"_blank\">Psalm 105: 8-15<\/a>).\u00a0 By his grace, we dwell in the eternal house of the Lord<\/p>\n<p>Jesus Christ as birds in the branches (<a href=\"http:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/kjv1900\/Psalm%2023.%206\" target=\"_blank\">Psalm 23: 6<\/a>;\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/kjv1900\/Hebrews%203.%206\" target=\"_blank\">Hebrews 3: 6<\/a>).\u00a0\u00a0 And despite the attempts of Satan and evil men throughout time, the Lord has grown his kingdom.\u00a0 The work of the Gospel, the spread of God\u2019s Church, the growth of his Kingdom is gradual, sometimes more sometimes less in each generation, but he has grown it consistently<strong>, <\/strong>adding to the church daily such as should be saved<strong> <\/strong>(<a href=\"http:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/kjv1900\/Acts%202.%2047\" target=\"_blank\">Acts 2: 47<\/a>).<strong> <\/strong>In the end of this world, we shall behold a number which no man can number (<a href=\"http:\/\/biblia.com\/bible\/kjv1900\/Genesis%2013.%2016\" target=\"_blank\">Genesis 13: 16<\/a>).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Kingdom of Heaven The Lord declares his kingdom, his church, is like a grain of mustard seed.
